18.30: WORKING WITH INJURIES: Past, Present, & Future
Everyone, even yogis, will injure themselves at some point in their life -
In this class, Peter will show remedies using asana for a variety of common injuries,
including those that often show up in yoga practitioners. Using volunteers from the
class, Peter will explain the types of yogic movement that support the body’s natural
healing forces over the different stages of an injury, and then guide the class through
these movements. This knowledge will help students heal existing or old injuries
For those who have current injuries, modifications will be shown to help.
